Week 6 weigh in

Wow 6 weeks in! It actually doesn't feel like that much. I lost 1.4kg this week. I am happy with that. I am nearly at my 10kg loss. And I have lost 5.7 of that on celebrity slim. So I am feeling good.

I started running again this week and hoping to eventually build up to a full 30 min run.

I really want to be at goal in 8 weeks time. SO thats 8kg in 8 weeks. Here we go again, another week down, bring it on week 7!!!

Week 5 weigh in

Well I gained last week :( about 700grams. I was a bit upset but I deserved to gain. I ate two pizzas over the weekend, Noodles and many many mm's, actually I am surprised I didn't gain more! Oh well, I seem to have one week where I lose heaps then I lose barely anything or gain, then another big one! I do like seeing it when I lose big amounts but it would be easier if I just lost a kilo each week.

I am going well so far this week, I have started running again and have only had 1 small slip up. So I am hoping I get a big loss this week. I will keep you posted.

Week 4 weigh in

I lost 1.8kg this week! Bringing my total lost so far to 8.5kg and my total lost on CS to 5 kg. I am going to try and do lots of running etc this week so that I can get a big loss again.

Major Headache!

My head is hurting sooooo much! I haven't had a headache yet but it has hit and big time! Nothing is making it feel better so that sucks. I jus hope it goes away soon cos I have got so much uni work to do.

Weigh in week 2

Sorry I haven't been around much this week. I have had a major assignment due so I have been putting all my time and energy into that.

I weighed in at 75.2kg today. Thats a loss of 100grams. I am not that disappointed as it's still a loss and I had a big loss last week. I have been eating mostly to the plan this week but I could have been better.

Hopefully will get into the 74's next week!

Lunch- Choc mint shake
Dinner- Bread roll (BAD) Soup, vegetables
Snack- 3 Nacho's

Breakfast- Mink shake
Lunch- Chicken ceasar salad
Dinner- Mint shake
Snack- Peanut butter and apple.
