Wow 6 weeks in! It actually doesn't feel like that much. I lost 1.4kg this week. I am happy with that. I am nearly at my 10kg loss. And I have lost 5.7 of that on celebrity slim. So I am feeling good.
I started running again this week and hoping to eventually build up to a full 30 min run.
I really want to be at goal in 8 weeks time. SO thats 8kg in 8 weeks. Here we go again, another week down, bring it on week 7!!!

Week 5 weigh in
Well I gained last week :( about 700grams. I was a bit upset but I deserved to gain. I ate two pizzas over the weekend, Noodles and many many mm's, actually I am surprised I didn't gain more! Oh well, I seem to have one week where I lose heaps then I lose barely anything or gain, then another big one! I do like seeing it when I lose big amounts but it would be easier if I just lost a kilo each week.
I am going well so far this week, I have started running again and have only had 1 small slip up. So I am hoping I get a big loss this week. I will keep you posted.

Week 4 weigh in
I lost 1.8kg this week! Bringing my total lost so far to 8.5kg and my total lost on CS to 5 kg. I am going to try and do lots of running etc this week so that I can get a big loss again.

Major Headache!
My head is hurting sooooo much! I haven't had a headache yet but it has hit and big time! Nothing is making it feel better so that sucks. I jus hope it goes away soon cos I have got so much uni work to do.

Weigh in week 2
Sorry I haven't been around much this week. I have had a major assignment due so I have been putting all my time and energy into that.
I weighed in at 75.2kg today. Thats a loss of 100grams. I am not that disappointed as it's still a loss and I had a big loss last week. I have been eating mostly to the plan this week but I could have been better.
Hopefully will get into the 74's next week!

Week 1 weigh in!
I lost 2.7kg this week. WOW! Thats 6.1kg all up (from my original starting weight) and a great start to celebrity slim. I am sooooo happy.
I must say though I had a bit of a bad night last night, not food wise, but I was up all night! I think I got about 20 mins sleep, before I decided to get up and work on my assignment all night until morning when I would try going back to sleep. I went back to sleep at about 8:00am and woke up at about 11:30. No where near enough sleep! I am really going to struggle today. I think it was because I have just been so worried about uni as I graduate at the end of this year and I am worried I won't pass one of my courses.
Oh well I will have to get a good sleep tonight. xoxox

Feeling the difference
I feel like I woke up as a new person this morning! My stomach is so flat, my hips are sticking out a little bit and my collar bone is sticking out a bit! Its a real difference from yesterday! I know this sounds silly but I was starting to think that the numbers on the scales would go down but I would still feel the same way about my body.
Day 6
Breakfast- Choc mint shake
Lunch- Chicken, spinach, sundried tomato, olive and egg mayonase salad. (went out with a friend)
Dinner- 1 egg
Dessert- crunchy chocolate pudding.
Exercise- 30 mins on the wii fit
I had only one shake today as there was a special dinner on tonight and I thought I should have at least something or people would ask questions. But I made wise choiced for everything else so I am very proud.

Dinner- Barbeque chicken breast and garden salad and french dressing.
Late night snack- Light mainland cheese and green tea.
Exercise- I hurt my back yesterday and was in so much pain I had to take panadine forte last night so I think its best that I don't exercise today.
PROUD MOMENT: My boyfriend got some hot chips and I didn't even have one! I thought if I have one I will want more. It starts with just one and end with me back where I started. A very good day.

Dinner- Asparagas wrapped in Turkey with Garden salad and french dressing
Dessert- Skinny cow ice cream (Need to stop having this)
Exercise- 30 mins interval training on treadmill, 20 mins on bike and 10 min walk.
Note: I need to stop having the skinny cow ice cream for dessert and I need to limit myself to one tablespoon of peanut butter a day and eat more fruit.

I weighed myself!
I weighed myself this morning! I know you are only meant to once a week but I got curious! But it was very good news! I weighed 76.5- which is a 1.5 kilo difference from monday! WOW!!! I used to weigh myself everyday, so I am proud that I have managed to only sneak a peak once so far!
Day 3
I have decided to do a quick description of my daily food and exersise and then if there is anything extra to say I will include that too!
Breakfast- Choc mint shake
Morning Snack- CS sugar free lollies- 3
Lunch- 1/2 a caramel shake & Garden Salad. (i felt a bit sick and couldn't drink it all so had salad as well.
Afternoon snack- peanut butter
Dinner- Teriaki chicken with garden salad and Kraft 100% fat free french dressing (yum, my fave)
Dessert- Skinny cow choc and berry ice cream (Bad I know, but at least it was skinny cow not anything else!)
Exersise- I did about 30 mins of Aerobic on the Wii Fit as well as about 15 min of muscle.

Day 2
I had University today, which I was very worried about as it may drain me a bit and I thought I would get really hungry.
I had a choc mint again for breakfast which was good, I actually found drinking it with a straw made it better. I had an apple for lunch as I was at uni and didn't feel comfortable having a shake infront of people as they may ask questions. then as soon as I got home I had my shake. I also had a celebrity slim lolly, just one, it was nice actually, tasted like starburst! I also had a teaspoon of peanut butter.
Dinner was amazing! I had asparagas wrapped in 97% fat free turkey breast. As well as a big garden salas with Kraft 100% fat free french dressing.
All in all did well today and really enjoyed dinner. I really need to do some excersise tomorrow though as it might speed up the weight loss.

Today is my first day on the Celebrity Slim program. Basically it is a meal replacement slimming shake program. You have a shake in the morning, a morning snack, a shake for lunch, an afternoon snack and a low carb dinner.
I started the day with a chocolate mint shake for breakfast. It tasted nice but wasn't really cold enough, even though the water was cold, I think I will try it with icecubes next time. I wasn't too sweet as I had heard it might be.
Then I had half a celebrity slim berry fudge bar for my morning snack. I didn't like it that much but it was okay, wouldn't want it everyday.
For lunch I had a Caramel shake, it was nice, once again not cold enough. At the moment I am finding it nice however I can understand how people get sick of it.
I had an apple for my afternoon snack. The celebrity slim program says that you should have half an apple but I would rather have a whole apple, I can't see how much difference half an apple really makes!
For dinner I had spinach and feta stuffed chicken breast with salad and vegetables. I live at a residential college so dinner is served by the kitchen and I don't have any say in it. I was pleased with this meal, I was full by the end of it. I had another apple for dessert which was nice.
I did have a table spoon of peanut butter later that night. Although I don't think I am meant to have this I have been on a low carb diet where you could have it, so oh well, if it gets me through it so be it!

Before photo: The first photo was taken at the end of Feb, I am not sure how much I weighed exactly at this point but it would be around 79kg. At the time I thought it was really flattering! The second was in December I would have weighed around 79-80kg. The last was taken in August after losing about 3kg. I don't think I even have any photos at my worst as I didn't want any taken. I will try and track down some more and post them as I go.
