Week 5 weigh in

Well I gained last week :( about 700grams. I was a bit upset but I deserved to gain. I ate two pizzas over the weekend, Noodles and many many mm's, actually I am surprised I didn't gain more! Oh well, I seem to have one week where I lose heaps then I lose barely anything or gain, then another big one! I do like seeing it when I lose big amounts but it would be easier if I just lost a kilo each week.

I am going well so far this week, I have started running again and have only had 1 small slip up. So I am hoping I get a big loss this week. I will keep you posted.
