I have decided to do a quick description of my daily food and exersise and then if there is anything extra to say I will include that too!
Breakfast- Choc mint shake
Morning Snack- CS sugar free lollies- 3
Lunch- 1/2 a caramel shake & Garden Salad. (i felt a bit sick and couldn't drink it all so had salad as well.
Afternoon snack- peanut butter
Dinner- Teriaki chicken with garden salad and Kraft 100% fat free french dressing (yum, my fave)
Dessert- Skinny cow choc and berry ice cream (Bad I know, but at least it was skinny cow not anything else!)
Exersise- I did about 30 mins of Aerobic on the Wii Fit as well as about 15 min of muscle.
