Day 4

Breakfast- Mint shake
Mid morning- 3 cs lollies and peanut butter
Lunch- Mint Shake
Afternoon- 2 cs lollies and peanut butter
Dinner- Asparagas wrapped in Turkey with Garden salad and french dressing
Dessert- Skinny cow ice cream (Need to stop having this)

Exercise- 30 mins interval training on treadmill, 20 mins on bike and 10 min walk.

Note: I need to stop having the skinny cow ice cream for dessert and I need to limit myself to one tablespoon of peanut butter a day and eat more fruit.
