Day 5

Breakfast- Mint Shake
Lunch- Mint Shake
Afternoon snack- 3 cs lollies, 1 table spoon of peanut butter.
Dinner- Barbeque chicken breast and garden salad and french dressing.
Late night snack- Light mainland cheese and green tea.

Exercise- I hurt my back yesterday and was in so much pain I had to take panadine forte last night so I think its best that I don't exercise today.

PROUD MOMENT: My boyfriend got some hot chips and I didn't even have one! I thought if I have one I will want more. It starts with just one and end with me back where I started. A very good day.
