Day 2

I had University today, which I was very worried about as it may drain me a bit and I thought I would get really hungry.

I had a choc mint again for breakfast which was good, I actually found drinking it with a straw made it better. I had an apple for lunch as I was at uni and didn't feel comfortable having a shake infront of people as they may ask questions. then as soon as I got home I had my shake. I also had a celebrity slim lolly, just one, it was nice actually, tasted like starburst! I also had a teaspoon of peanut butter.

Dinner was amazing! I had asparagas wrapped in 97% fat free turkey breast. As well as a big garden salas with Kraft 100% fat free french dressing.

All in all did well today and really enjoyed dinner. I really need to do some excersise tomorrow though as it might speed up the weight loss.
