Breakfast- Choc mint shake
Lunch- Chicken, spinach, sundried tomato, olive and egg mayonase salad. (went out with a friend)
Dinner- 1 egg
Dessert- crunchy chocolate pudding.
Exercise- 30 mins on the wii fit
I had only one shake today as there was a special dinner on tonight and I thought I should have at least something or people would ask questions. But I made wise choiced for everything else so I am very proud.
