Today is my first day on the Celebrity Slim program. Basically it is a meal replacement slimming shake program. You have a shake in the morning, a morning snack, a shake for lunch, an afternoon snack and a low carb dinner.
I started the day with a chocolate mint shake for breakfast. It tasted nice but wasn't really cold enough, even though the water was cold, I think I will try it with icecubes next time. I wasn't too sweet as I had heard it might be.
Then I had half a celebrity slim berry fudge bar for my morning snack. I didn't like it that much but it was okay, wouldn't want it everyday.
For lunch I had a Caramel shake, it was nice, once again not cold enough. At the moment I am finding it nice however I can understand how people get sick of it.
I had an apple for my afternoon snack. The celebrity slim program says that you should have half an apple but I would rather have a whole apple, I can't see how much difference half an apple really makes!
For dinner I had spinach and feta stuffed chicken breast with salad and vegetables. I live at a residential college so dinner is served by the kitchen and I don't have any say in it. I was pleased with this meal, I was full by the end of it. I had another apple for dessert which was nice.
I did have a table spoon of peanut butter later that night. Although I don't think I am meant to have this I have been on a low carb diet where you could have it, so oh well, if it gets me through it so be it!
